It has found it’s great purpose in many lives from being the main ingredient in some delicacies such as guacamole. Despite it having all the multiple uses, it is also a very beneficial fruit to our bodies.

You may ask what next after knowing the benefits of avocadoes? Today I will show you one of the ways of preparing avocadoes other than eating it as a fruit. We will be preparing some Avocado-banana smoothie as both fruits are healthy and very beneficial to the body.
Ingredients (serves 4)
250 ml of vanilla yoghurt
Method of Preparation
Peel the bananas and cut them into cube-like sizes in a bowl.
Peel the avocado and cut it into small pieces and add them into the bowl
Take the blender and add the bananas and avocado into the blender
Add the 250 ml youghurt into the blender.
Once all the mixtures are in the blender, blend all of them together. Incase it is too thick, you can add some little water.
Once ready, let the smoothie chill for fifteen to thirty minutes and it will be ready to serve.
Serve the smoothie in a glass and you can accompany it with a fruit like an orange or apple.
The advantage of having a smoothie within your reach is that it can serve as breakfast or even a mid-day snack, ensuring you have a healthy day with sugar intake reduced.
