Get your fish fillet and set it on a chopping board.
Cut your fish fillet into strips that are almost the length of your finger.
In a bowl, add in the black pepper, cumin powder, garam masala, salt and dark soy sauce and mix them all together. Pour in the cut fish fingers and mix them inside.
In 3 separate plates or bowls, pour in one, the all purpose flour, in another the breadcrumbs and in the last one, break in and beat the eggs in it.
Remove the pieces of the cut fish fillet one piece at a time and coat each of them with the flour then eggs and finish by coating them with the breadcrumbs. Repeat this procedure for all of them and set them aside.
In a deep fryer or sufuria, pour in the oil and heat it up for about 2 minutes to heat the oil. Once ready, deep in the fish fingers one at a time and cook them until they are golden brown in colour.
Once ready, remove and serve them on a plate with lemon pieces.
