Begin by first making slight cuts across your fish fillet on both sides. This ensures the spices are well incorporated inside the fillet.
Season your fish fillet salt and vinegar. You can use lemon juice in place of the vinegar. Too much vinegar will make the fillet too soft thus splitting up. Then set aside your fish fillet.
Season the flour with the spices and some little salt then mix them in the flour.
Season the egg with black pepper and some little salt. This ensures the coating are well seasoned.
Next coat the fillet with seasoned flour and shake off the excess flour.
Then dip the fish fillet in the egg to coat it.
Then finally return it back to the seasoned flour and shake off excess flour. Do this for all the fish fillets.
Add in oil into your pan and let it heat up. Then place your coated fish fillet one at a time.
Then let it sear on each side for 2-3 minutes until well cooked and crunchy.
When ready, remove from the pan and place the fish fillet on a kitchen towel to soak up excess oil. Finally serve and enjoy
