Boil the green peas for about 30 minutes or until cooked.
Cut the the vegetables (onions, capsicum, courgette, carrots and dhania (coriander) into small cubed pieces.
Crush the garlic
Once the peas are boiled and ready, in a sufuria add the cooking oil and allow it to heat up for 1 minute.
Add in the onions and fry for some few minutes until it is golden brown.
Add in the crushed garlic and half of the dhania (coriander) and cook for about two minutes
Sprinkle the black pepper and add in the capsicums, courgettes and carrots into the sufuria and stir. Allow them to cook, ensuring they do not overcook.
Once they are ready add in the tomatoes and the tomato paste and allow to cook until it forms a thick paste.
Add in the paprika, cumin powder, curry powder and leave it to infuse into the food for five minutes
Add in the green peas and the all purpose seasoning powder and leave it to cook together with the other ingredients for 10 minutes until ready.
Once ready, add the remaining dhania (coriander) to garnish the food.
Remove and serve with your most preferred starch either rice, chapati, mashed potatoes.
