Wash the grape fruits and add them in a blender and using very little water, blend the grapes to produce grape juice and pour it out into a cup. (Do not add sugar into the juice)
Once all the dry ingredients are well mixed, break the eggs in the bowl and mix it with the ingredients.
Add in the grape juice and milk into the bowl and and mix all the ingredients together to form a smooth paste. (If it's too thick add some water into it).
Let the ingredients rest for 5 minutes if you used the whole purpose flour to allow the baking powder to rise.
Using a scoop or serving spoon, pour in some of the paste into the pan and allow it to cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side before flipping onto the other side.
Once cooked on both sides, remove the pancake from the pan and set it aside on a plate. Do the above step until all your pancakes are well cooked and ready for eating.
Serve the pancakes with some grapes on them and to spice it up, you can drizzle some maple syrup or chocolate syrup
