Cut the red and yellow bell peppers (hoho) into thin strips about 1cm thick.
Cut the cucumbers into thin circular shapes.
Chop the pineapple into small pieces. The pineapple is used to complement the taste from the pineade jam.
Cut the apple into thin strips.
Cut the red cabbage and the lettuce into very very thin slices.
Then transfer everything into a bowl and mix the ingredients together.
Add in the plain youghurt, pineade jam and the vinegar into a small bowl and mix together.
Drizzle in the sauce in the mixed salad.
Serve by dressing your serving bowl with the red cabbage leaves, pour in the salad and drizzle in some bit more of the dressing and it is ready for serving.
