Ingredients
Meatballs
  • ¼ kg of Beef Minced Meat
  • 3-4 tbsp of Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • A Pinch of Salt
Barbeque Sauce
  • 1 Chopped Red Onion
  • A Bunch of Dhania/parsley
  • 1 tsp Crushed Garlic and Ginger
  • tsp Tomato Paste
  • 3 tbsp of Barbeque Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
Instructions
  1. In a bowl add in the minced meat

  2. Then follow up with the spices and salt

  3. Drizzle in some bit of the soy sauce.

  4. Add in your bread crumbs.

  5. Add in your egg.

  6. Finally mix everything together.

  7. Next begin forming round balls by scooping some bit of the mixture and rolling between your palms to form round balls. Do this same procedure until the whole mixture is done.

  8. In a cooking pan or sufuria, add in oil and heat it up until its moderately hot. Then add in your rolled balls ensuring you do not overcrowd your pan or sufuria.

  9. Let them cook while turning on each side until ready.

  10. Remove and drain the excess oil on a kitchen towel.

Barbeque Sauce
  1. Add in onions and 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden brown.

  2. Then add in your crushed garlic and ginger

  3. Add in your dhania/parsley stems and fry with the crushed garlic and ginger for about 2-3 minutes.

  4. Then add in your tomato paste and very little water and mix.

  5. Add in your barbeque sauce and salt and let it simmer for about 2 minutes until a paste is formed.

  6. Then add in your dhania/parsley leaves and mix.

  7. Add in your ready meatballs into the sauce and mix together with the sauce. Let them cook for about 3 minutes before serving.

  8. Finally serve and garnish with some extra dhania/parsley leaves.
