4. Avocadoes Lower Body cholestrol levels

Avocadoes are not only know for their good fatty acids but are also important in lowering the cholestrol levels in the body which can lead to heart diseases and geart attacks. They do so by reducing body cholestrol levels as well as increasing the good cholestrol (high density lipoprotein) levels in the body.

5. They are high in Potassium

You will be shocked to learn that avocadoes have a higher potassium ratio compared to bananas as commonly known. Benefits of having good regulated potassium levels have been mentioned severally and we cannot ignore the fact that low potassium levels can lead to high blood pressure cases which is a stimulator for many other diseases and ailments such as kidney failures. Luckily we can get the amount of potassium required by eating avocadoes as they have a higher potassium concentration than most other fruits.
